MTN CALL/CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE IMPROVES ON RESPONSE TIME

Customer service call lines at MTN; a major player in Nigerian telecoms, is gaining good grounds recently, unlike before. Before now, there used to be this sluggish, unfriendly and irritating delays when one calls MTN customer care lines. The system was so slow you could be put on hold for up to 15 or more minutes with some repetitive music or jungle droning in your ears simply because you need to speak to a representative.

That has been taken care of as MTN has installed a faster system and subscribers can call and be answered speedily than they can imagine. It has been a good experience to the subscribers most of who wish that this trend will be extended to the call network itself.

MTN is presently working on its Customer care line of 180. It holds a high expectation that after the restructuring, its call centre will be excellent and will be rid of excessive criticisms from it subscribers. On the other hand the telecoms brand is highly playing its cards right in the introduction of some innovative brands. The Fast Internet Card, the Xtra cool, Xtra Smooth, the Xtra connect and its planned Innovative day with Les Brown are all products to make every MTN customers happy.
